Similar to the World War 1 book in this series, the sound effects and odd voices used to introduce the chapters are irritating and make a mockery of a dark time in history. It was also surprising that the book just skimmed over the Holocaust as if it were a minor blip that occured during WW2. Buy a different book to read with your kids.
