Norman M. Naimark is the critically acclaimed author of several books, including Fires of Hatred: Ethnic Cleansing in Twentieth-Century Europe, The Russians in Germany, and Stalin's Genocides. He has twice won the Stanford University Dean's Award for Distinguished Teaching.
