The audiobook's title pretty much describes the expectations of what's within. You learn about stress, you learn methods for managing that stress and you learn what issues if you ignore the information written in the audiobook. It's pretty simple and short which is both a good and bad thing.

I was surprised at how effective and relevant these mindfulness exercises are for bringing about peace and focus. The explanations and directions for each exercise are clear and easy to follow.
