About this audiobook

Trauma can leave both mental and physical scars. If you’ve experienced a traumatic situation—such as the sudden loss of a loved one, a serious illness, abuse, violence, or a natural disaster—you may have ongoing psychological and physiological symptoms. You aren’t alone, and you can heal. This book will help you understand how unresolved trauma can infiltrate all aspects of your life, and provides real tools to help you find peace in body and mind.

Heal the Body, Heal the Mind offers somatic exercises and mind-body interventions to help you move past difficult experiences, restore relationships, and even cultivate your own spiritual awareness. Using the exercises woven into each chapter of this gentle guide, you’ll begin to address the unresolved trauma held in your body so you can advance your healing process. If you’re ready to move beyond the trauma that’s been holding you back in life, this book will show you how.
