author looked for any reason to keep mentioning covid 19; which has nothing to do with leadership. the crux of the book could've been summarized in a couple of pages. very repetitive.

Barry Z. Posner is an Endowed Professor of Leadership and chair of the Management & Entrepreneurship Department, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. An accomplished scholar, he facilitates leadership workshops and seminars worldwide. James M. Kouzes is a fellow of the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University and lectures on leadership around the world to corporations, governments, and nonprofits. Rich Miller has performed onstage in everything from Shakespeare to Damn Yankees to August: Osage County. He also starred in the indie feature Ocatilla Flat.
