Martin M. Antony, PhD, is professor of psychology at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is the recipient of career awards from the Society of Clinical Psychology, the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.

Richard P. Swinson, MD, is professor emeritus and past chair of the department of psychiatry and behavioral neurosciences at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. His research interests lie in the theory, assessment, and treatment of anxiety disorders, particularly OCD and social anxiety disorder (SAD).

Graham Rowat is an award-winning narrator who has appeared in numerous television shows and stage productions.
