Is the hidden treasure of Tesoro Island legend or legit?
It's real, according to an old-and soggy-message in a bottle, which sends dragon prince Fuego off on a daring treasure hunt to the heart of the island itself. With his sister Oro the crow, he leads the crew of Explorers past the edges of the magic map and into the unknown.
But they're not the only ones on the hunt. Seven evil hedgehog wizards (hezzards) are hot on their tails, not to mention a mysterious (and really pretty) blue dragon, and a suspicious snowy owl.
Who will find the Treasure of Tesoro Island? Real or not, here the Explorers come...

Melissa J. Roche is an author and creative living in Colorado. She enjoys writing books with anyone who has an imagination, spelling words and reciting pi with her co-author Gabriel M. James, and practicing Shotokan karate and playing video games with her co-author Ressa Draco.
Ressa Draco has been practicing martial arts ever since she discovered her arms, about 8 years ago now. When she's not slicing grass in the backyard with sticks, she loves to read all the books and defend all the animals.
(Cap'n) Gabriel M. James has gone on many adventures in the last 10 years, so he's quite good at it. Away from the helm, he's a runner, inline skater & musician, fond of fuzzy things, especially of the purring variety.
