Leslie Sokol, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and an internationally recognized leader in the field of cognitive therapy with more than thirty-five years of experience in practice, teaching, and research. She was a past director of education with the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Philadelphia.

Marci G. Fox, PhD, a licensed psychologist, has been in private practice for over twenty-five years. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Philadelphia.

Rachel Perry narrates audiobooks from her home studio in Los Angeles, California. With a background in fine arts, she has been a TV host, performed comedy, acted in TV shows and commercials, and worked in radio.

Judith S. Beck, PhD, is director of the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and past president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Daughter of influential founder of cognitive therapy, Aaron T. Beck, Beck is author of The Beck Diet Solution.
