Thom Hatch is an award-winning American author and novelist who specializes in the history of the American West, the American Civil War, and the Plains Indian Wars. He is the author of eight books, including The Last Outlaws and The Custer Companion. He lives in Colorado with his wife and daughter.

James C. Lewis, an AudioFile Earphones Award winner, is a voice actor in New York City. His voice is often heard as a hard-boiled detective, but his work for Tantor covers a wide range. Earlier in his career, he was a TV weatherman and a political reporter.
