The Constitution is the charter of government and the supreme law of the United States of America. It was signed by delegates to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on September 17, 1787. The first 10 amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, were ratified together in 1791. Amendments 11 through 27 were ratified separately from 1795 through 1992.

Leaving this review to answer some questions for the previous reviews. While the Constitution was written long ago, and every bit of it is in the public domain, this audio recording isn't free???? But, America!!? Of course it isn't.. As most people know, all of the 18th century audio recordings of the founding literature of our nation were imaginary, and so, someone had to record this audio book. Help make sure they get paid for the work. Or looks it up on YouTube.
