His career in theater, television, and film spans almost two decades. He is also the #1 New York Times bestselling coauthor of two previous books, Clanlands and The Clanlands Almanac. For his outstanding contribution to charitable endeavors and artistic success, he has been awarded honorary doctorates from the University of Glasgow, the University of Stirling, and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
