The story continues where the first book left off. Their story is passionate, filled with angst, and drama. This was an emotional roller coaster ride. I liked the suspense, the mystery, and the twists and turns. This is a great conclusion to Pierce and Brea's story. Troy Duran did an excellent job with the narration. This series has an ongoing plot, and I am looking forward to listening to Wicked as Lies, the next book in the series, to know what happens next. #ValentinePR

The narration by Troy Duran brought this story to life for me. His voices is easy to listen to and he did justice to the characters and the story that Shayla Black wove. I was fully invested in this story from the first to the last chapter. All in all this was a captivating read with strong writing and characters that you cannot help but relate too,in fact even Cutter grew on me.
