George B. Bradt is cofounder and chairman of the executive onboarding group PrimeGenesis. He has coauthored eleven books on leadership and onboarding, including The New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan, and has written over 750 columns for Forbes.com. Jayme A. Check is founding partner of PrimeGenesis and a leading expert on senior executive transitions. Since 2004, Jayme has been CEO of Quantum Global Partners. His articles and opinions have appeared in Bloomberg Businessweek, Fox Business, and Talent Management magazine, among others. John A. Lawler is PrimeGenesis's CEO. Previously, he was CEO of three private equity-backed companies, leading business and cultural transformations in a variety of industries. Matt Godfrey was raised on O'Connor, Welty, and Lee.
