Great Story & Narration🎧 Gripping & Smoking🔥Hot🔥 This is a great friends to lovers romance, the story is well-written, and it grabs your attention immediately and captivates it for the entire book. Mel Thompson’s ex boyfriend turned out to be a cheating player, so she has sworn off men and for now one she will put all her focus on her career. Except her friend Firefighter Adam Caras has other plans, he has been harboring feelings for Mel but never acted on them, now that she is free he wants to make his move, but Mel does not take him seriously. He has a reputation of being a player and a love them and leave them type of guy and because he has had so many encounters, he has earned the name the “Arsonist”.But Adam will not give up on her, the attraction is there and the chemistry between them is explosively hot and Mel feels it and she can fight it for only so long. This is a fast paced, nicely plotted story that contains plenty of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions and a steamy romance. Some things stir up the pot for them, including an ex who begs for forgiveness and a secret that could ruin it all. Anna Durand, thank you for another enjoyable novel. 🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, MacKenzie Cartwright and Teddy Hamilton were the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that fit their character’s persona to a tee, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. They set the perfect tone for the story, handled the back and forth dialogue with ease never missing a beat. These two talented narrators are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another exceptional listen.
