The book is about a turtle named Avocado. Our turtle here is not an usual one. She liked to come out of her shell and have conversations with people. She tried to change herself but couldn’t and in the end she realizes that being true to oneself is better than trying to fit in. If you read this book from a child’s perspective, it’s a short and inspirational story. But looking from the perspective of an adult, the story gives a different perspective towards life. I also liked the illustrations which are really nice. A good read for children and the book has a really good moral at the end.
