Debbie Ford (1955-2013) was a bestselling author and an internationally recognized expert in the field of personal transformation. Debbie was the creator of the renowned Shadow Process Workshop, the executive producer of The Shadow Effect documentary, and founder of The Ford Institute for Transformational Training.

Allyson Ryan is a native New Yorker whose diverse talents have led to a career in voice-over, theater, TV, commercials, and films.
