I have the paperback of this book and it was a game-changer for me. After reading the book, I signed up for a class with The Academy and I can say, following through with the practices outlined in this book will absolutely change your perspective and make communicating with everyone in your life uncomplicated and easy. I downloaded the audio-book so I could listen to it on the go. Every time I listen to it, another light bulb turns on. Definitely worth the read. The seminar is also definitely worth doing.

Kasia Urbaniak is the founder and headmistress of The Academy, a secret school that teaches women to fully embody their confidence and power.
