3 1/2 To be honest I would have loved this entire book way more if it was only told from Joseph point of view... Because Suzzy... Man what a necrotic mess.. I felt I was reading 10 girls in one with her... Never read from someone so childish and insecure as Suzette. Now I see why she never been in a real relationship with anyone. I liked Joseph way too much. Joseph works at INKED as a tattoo artist 🎭.... Something that's cooler than a mechanic 🧰 Now the first time she wants to stalk him with a friend she gets jealous because he's doing another girl's tattoo... ???? (Red flag on her part.) Am I inside of a teenager mind or a 30something ?? Let me get this straight... She only knew this playboy for one week and she's already sleeping with him and introducing him to her friends? Ain't no way. That's too fast. Then okay, I get it she wanted to keep her distance realizing what we had all knew.. but instead of telling him face to face that she liked and lusted for him but ghosted him hard... I get feeling like they were moving too fast though could have prevented the miscommunication with her co-worker if she would have just stayed in the house and called Joseph back. Note; if you ask a guy out and y'all go to a bar... That's code for you are letting him know your light is green... And that sex after drinks is whats going to happen. After playing Joseph like a drum she gives mix signals to her co-worker... Now I'm never the one to say a chick asked to get raped -however... She led that dude on then got made when he kissed her. There are certain things "A lady" shouldn't do when wanting to be someone's future wife and mother. It's all in the way you carry yourself. This girl is too immature for a healthy adult relationship. Joseph is way more mature even though he plays- the-field. (There's a reason for that) The thing is Joseph isn't perfect, yet he has morals and standards.. which is way more than I can say for Suzette. For a school teacher she has no type of connection or relationship with her students... All she cares about is men and sex. How old is she again?? It was such a huge move for Joseph to tell Suzette about Joni. However... I felt she hadn't earned that heartfelt emotional confession from him. He thought that he owed it to her because she was nearly ready to toss him to the side without even communicating first... Another red flag.. Anyone of her friends should know that Joseph is dealing with an immature little girl that's going to drain every ounce of goodness inside of him.. I feel more for him than for her. And this thing with Derek the co-worker all of sudden he's harassing her at work ??? And of course like a damsel in distress she starts crying and in comes Joseph .. Mr nice and shiny tattooed hero.. And get this... He's a rich Italian with many sexy brothers.. At the end I already felt bad how his mother only like Suzette just at the hope Joseph will finally have kids .. so sad.. This two people aren't meant for end game... They are more like ... Summer nights bootie call for a good eight months straight then both should move on for life ... .... 3 1/2 entertaining Stars....

Absolutely loved City & Suzy's story & the voices we're to perfection can't wait to read more of this series if I could it would b more then 5 STARS :)Definitely a wonderful Hot read

Throttle Me audiobook brilliant kept me hooked from the start. loved the story, sex scenes and how it grabbed you like you were there. well worth a read or to listen too.. The narrators were perfect.
