Joseph Rios, Ed.D. believes that leadership is an expression of your values. He has spent the last 20 years working with esteemed colleagues to train and develop students on how to put their values into action. He is the former executive director of Tau Delta Phi Fraternity and has worked at colleges and universities across the US, including the Mount Ida College, Ball State University, the University of Southern California, the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Most recently he has created his own training and staff development company, Leadership and Values in Action, LLC to help student affairs organizations, Greek chapters and student affairs professionals align their leadership capacity with their values to impact the world and create social change.
