Ratings and reviews

The narration by Christian Fox brought this story to life for me. His voices is easy to listen to and he did justice to the characters and the story that Shayla Black wove. There were times that I was on the edge of my seat as the action heated up and there are some parts which were emotional and hard to read as Pierce’s job as a sniper comes in to play. All in all this was a captivating read with strong writing and characters that you cannot help but become invested in.

This is the first book in the Wicked & Devoted Series, and the first part in Pierce "One-Mile" and Brea's story. The storyline is intense, passionate, and enthralling, filled with drama, and twists and turns. Christian Fox did a great job with the narration.
