Екатерина Соколова родилась в 1983 году в Сыктывкаре. Филолог, редактор. Стихи публиковались в журналах «Воздух», «Новый мир», «Волга», «Урал», «Октябрь» и др. Автор книг стихов «Вид» (2014), «Чудское печенье» (2015). Лауреат премии «Дебют» (2009), финалист премий Андрея Белого (2016) и «ЛитератуРРентген» (2008). В настоящее время живет в Москве, работает фоторедактором.
