دينو بوتزاتي صحفي وأديب وشاعر وكاتب مسرحي وناقد فني ورسّام إيطالي. ولد في مدينة بلّونو الواقعة شمال شرقي إيطالية، وتوفي في ميلانو إثر مرض عضال. كان أبوه أستاذ القانون الدولي في جامعة بافيا، ودرس هو الحقوق أيضاً، تيمّناً بأبيه، في جامعة ميلانو
