هذا الكتاب هو خلاصة موضوعة في أربع كلمات وهو النتيجة التي ينتهي إليها البحث في الكتاب ، فموقف الشرقيين بين الشيوعية وبين الإستعمار أنه لا شيوعية ولا استعمار الشيوعية والإستعمار من ثم لا يتناقضان ولا موازنة بينهما على هذا الإعتبار ، وإذا جاز أن تنعقد الموازنة فإنما تكون بين جهد الكفاح للشيوعية وجهد الكفاح للإستعمار أو بين الخطر المُقبل والخطر المُدبر ، وسيكون هذا ما دار البحث في الفصول التالية لينتهي إلى نتيجة واحدة وهي أننا لا نختار في مقاومة الخطرين إلا بمقدار ما نستعد للمقاومة بسلاحها النافذ في جميع الأحوال .
