إن الحديث عن اليوم الآخر ليس من باب الترف العلمى أو الذهنى ، ولا من باب الثقافة الذهنية الباردة التى لا تتعامل إلاَّ مع العقول فحسب ، بل إن الإيمان باليوم الآخر ركن من أركان الإيمان باللـه جل وعلا لا يصح إيمان العبد إلا به أصلا وابتداءً . ولا يمكن أن يستقر الإيمان باليوم الآخر فى قلب عبد من العباد إلا إذا وقف على حقيقة هذا اليوم وعرف أحواله وكروبه وأهواله . ومن ناحية ثالثة إذا استقرت حقيقة الإيمان باليوم الآخر فى قلب عبد صادق ، دفعه هذا العلم بهذا اليوم إلى الاستقامة على منهج اللـه وعلى طريق الحبيب رسول اللـه(صلي الله عليه وسلم).
