About the author
阿濃，原名朱溥生，1934年出生。1954年畢業於香港葛量洪師範學院，任職中小學教師39年。曾任香港兒童文藝協會會長、香港教育專業人員協會理事及監事、加拿大華裔作家協會副會長、報刊編輯等。1993年退休後移居加拿大，至今寫作不輟。 2009年，獲香港教育學院（即今香港教育大學）頒授第一屆榮譽院士名銜，以表彰其對教育及文學的貢獻。 阿濃的作品有小說、散文、新詩、劇本、報章專欄等，已出版書籍過百種，並且獲獎無數。 阿濃五度獲香港中學生選為「最喜愛作家」，當中入選香港「中學生好書龍虎榜」十大好書的作品超過15種，其他獎項包括冰心兒童圖書獎、陳伯吹園丁獎、香港中文文學雙年獎、香港教育城「十本好讀」等。
