塚崎公義（つかさき・きみよし）
久留米大学商学部教授。
東京都出身。東京教育大学（現筑波大学）附属駒場中・高等学校を経て、１９８１年東京大学法学部卒業。同年日本興業銀行（現みずほフィナンシャルグループ）入行。主に経済予測などに従事したのち、２００５年に銀行を退職して久留米大学に転職、現在に至る。
