本書對新中國成立之后中國派遣亞非非通用語留學生狀況進行了梳理，對近幾年全國部分高校亞非非通用語學生總體留學狀況和部分亞非國家高等教育現狀、留學環境、留學效果以及存在的問題，在宏觀、微觀和個案等層面進行了較為深入的調查、分析和研究。在此基礎上，從培養國家、社會所需人才的戰略目標和「一帶一路」建設面臨的現實問題入手，提出了加快實現亞非非通用語留學人才培養的對策與建議。



楊曉京，北京外國語大學亞非學院研究員，長期從事高等教育管理及研究工作，曾任北京外國語大學人事處副處長、亞非學院黨總支書記兼副院長。研究方向為高等教育管理、出國留學問題研究、非通用語人才培養以及師資隊伍建設研究等。
