聖示：今夜恭接 著書玉旨，命本堂城隍五里外接駕，命本堂福德正神十里外接駕，其餘神人排班候駕，切勿失儀。

詩曰： 恭承詔命降鸞堂。聖道千秋德澤長。
字露珠璣傳萬世。鸞風遍佈進瑤鄉。
聖示：今夜恭頒 玉詔，降爾臺疆《懿敕道場》，恭賀貴堂再著新書。
玉旨宣讀。神人俯伏。
欽 奉
玉皇大天尊玄靈高上帝詔曰：
朕居凌霄，統御萬靈，位居尊而鑒卑，無時不以蒼生為念。今查爾南贍部洲臺疆懿敕道場，建設至今頗有建樹，而今世風日下，災劫連連，法門萬千，素質不一，多有好高鶩遠，不知萬丈高樓平地起，更須奠下良好地基，故將歷代高真修煉歷程，傳佈人間。願世間已修行、現修行、將修行之眾生，洞悉高真步步為營之堅毅心志，供修行者惕勵之。
命《太陰星君》為主著仙師，宣筆：邱生原章為主著正鸞，題其顏曰：《聖道千秋錄》，為期一載，完書之期，依功昇賞，願世間眾生珍惜之。
欽哉勿忽！叩首謝恩！
天運癸未年四月二十四日
