About this ebook
自2009 年開始，由北京大學法學院、知識產權學院聯合主辦了兩屆以兩岸四地著作權法律制度研究為視角的研討會，此舉開展了一個學術交流平臺，探討兩岸四地著作權法律制度面臨的共同問題。2010年6月29日《海峽兩岸智慧財產權保護合作協定》簽署，兩岸智慧財產權交流合作的推動事項已納入日程。在此背景下，2011年10月24日「第三屆兩岸四地著作權法律制度研討會」在台灣舉行，由政治大學智慧財產研究所和法學院聯合北京大學法學院、知識產權學院共同舉辦。在台期間兩岸四地專家學者就大會主題「互聯網著作權保護與應用及法制完善」進行深入探討。本論文集收錄與會學人相關研究，期為促進兩岸四地的文化交流和著作權貿易作出積極貢獻。
