法務部司法官學院將於7月6日（星期二）舉辦「雲端數位時代之人權保障」線上國際研討會。受新冠肺炎疫情影響，司法官學院的年度盛事，首度改採視訊方式線上舉辦。
面對數位科技的快速發展對於傳統法制、人權議題所帶來之衝擊及雲端數位證據對刑事訴訟的挑戰，本次研討會以「雲端數位時代之人權保障」為主題，規劃由微軟亞洲數位安全中心副總Mary Jo Schrade「數位時代的法律衝突」之專題演講揭開序幕。接續由臺北大學沈伯洋助理教授、臺灣大學林鈺雄教授、中研院邱文聰研究員，分別針對「社群媒體與人權」、「偵查新挑戰-雲端資料」及「數位發展與隱私權」等主題，進行專題報告；同時邀請來自新加坡的臉書亞太區副法務長Jennifer Chan、德國慕尼黑大學的Mark Zöller教授、Mayeul Hiéramente律師、比利時安特衛普檢察署檢察長Robrecht De Keersmaecker等外國學者專家，與國內檢、辯、學專家交流討論，分享面對這些課題的研究心得及應變之道。
在疫情期間，雖無法與各國專家學者們齊聚一堂實體交流，惟透過科技平台，讓學員及在職司法同仁持續研習新知及並維持國際交流合作不中斷，一直是司法官學院致力推動的目標，期盼對此議題有興趣的司法同仁也能在線上共襄盛舉。
