陳彥銘 ?交通大學資訊工程研究所碩士。 ?目前擔任系統開發及資安工程師，具十年以上資訊系統開發經驗，擁有道德駭客認證(CEH)、ISO 27001稽核員、GIAC GWEB及GSSP-JAVA等多張資安及系統開發證照。 ?曾替多家政府機關進行資訊系統安全稽核、顧問輔導及教育訓練，亦曾負責編纂公務人員資安職能訓練教材。
