黃台陽 新竹交通大學電子物理系畢，美國紐約州雪城大學（Syracuse University)電腦與資訊科學博士，法國巴黎國家高等電信學院訪問研究。多年從事臺灣資訊工業發展推動，南港軟體園區建設工作。
