洛柏．亞當斯 (Rob Adams)╱活躍的天使投資家、7家新創公司的董事會成員，也是多家新創企業的積極獨立投資人。亞當斯曾參與40多家企業草創期的股票初次公開發行、合併或購併程序。他的職業生涯始於蓮花軟體公司（Lotus），接著創辦商業事件公司（Business Matters）並擔任執行長，同時也是滲透軟體公司（Pervasive Software）的管理高層。曾創辦AV Lab公司，也是多家創投基金的合夥創辦人。他同時也在德州大學奧斯汀商學院管理學系任教，教授企管碩士課程。畢業於普度大學、巴步森學院與凱佩拉大學，著有《創事業最怕大頭症！》一書。
