羅伯特．富爾默 (Robert Fulmer)╱杜克公司(Duke Corporation)的學術副總，及加州佩博丁大學（Pepperdine University）客座教授。富爾默博士畢業於佛羅里達大學與加州大學洛杉磯分校，是企業領導議題公認的專家，專長研究未來的管理挑戰、策略執行以及領導力發展。他撰寫或與人合著的作品很多，包括《嶄新管理》(The New Management)、《企業實用導讀》(A Practical Introduction to Business)與《領導力規畫》(Leadership by Design)。
