彼得．康提 (Peter Conti)╱原先是一名汽車技師，後來轉行成為房地產投資者。和芬克爾曾經共同開發15套房地產投資的訓練課程，參與訓練課程的學員超過10萬人，創造了超過10億美元的房地產銷售。他們也共同撰寫了《沒本錢照樣買法拍屋賺錢》（Making Big Money Investing in Foreclosures Without Cash or Credit）和《投資好地段住宅創造多源財富》（How to Create Multiple Streams of Income: Buying Homes in Nice Areas with Nothing Down）等兩本書。此外，他們還共同投資成立了財務導師集團事務所（Mentor Financial Group, LLC），並且共同主持全美聯播的「房地產廣播秀」。
