奧迪德．山卡爾 (Oded Shenkar)╱俄亥俄州立大學商學院管理學及人力資源教授。他畢業於耶路撒冷希伯萊大學及哥倫比亞大學。山卡爾博士發表過上百篇論文，作品曾被《華爾街日報》、《紐約時報》、《今日美國報》和《中國商業週刊》（China Business Weekly）引述。除了擔任Battelle、Netafirm及沃爾瑪等多家公司的顧問，他也曾與以色列、中國、韓國、日本及英國等政府合作。他共有八本著作，包括《策略聯盟手冊》（The Handbook of Strategic Alliances）、《國際企業》（International Business）及《國際管理研究手冊》（Handbook of International Management Research）等。
