謝家華 (Tony Hsieh)╱畢業於哈佛大學，是美國網路鞋店第一品牌「捷步」（Zappos）的執行長，該網路鞋店已於2009年11月由亞馬遜書店以12億美元收購。1999年，謝家華24歲時，他把和朋友合夥創辦的網路公司「交換連結」(LinkExchange)，以2億6500萬美元賣給了微軟。謝家華加入「捷步」的一開始是以投資人身份，後來當顧問，最終成為執行長，這段期間，該公司從1999年的草創到2008年成長為年營收10億美元的企業。2009年，「捷步」獲「財星」雜誌評選為「全美百大最佳就業公司」。謝家華同時也合夥創辦了企業育成暨投資公司「小蛙創投」（Venture Frogs）。
