第一章〈牛下童年〉，記錄作者出生至童年時，居於牛頭角下村（簡稱：牛下）時對靈界的「無知」歲月，可歸結為「靈異經歷」時期。

 

第二章〈通靈現象 〉，記錄作者成長期對靈界的「認知」見聞，可歸結為「靈性學習」時期。

 

第三章〈靈魂出竅 〉，記錄作者成長後靈界導師怎樣給予啟蒙和導引，讓她藉以「靈魂出竅」的方式，「覺知」到不同次元的轉世面貌，從而感受這「宇宙本源」的大愛真實義。

The amazing experiences that the author has been through brought hope and love to regular people like me when we can finally believe that there is another dimension, a heaven or a different world out there after we leave our body and go to the other side. Her writing depicts and explains why and how paranormal events happen and how spiritual entities stay on earth for unfinished business. While we go on doing business on earth, may be we should be mindful of our conduct or actions to people around us as there is the other side after we leave here.

About the author

 作者經過兩年來的努力，終於完成這自傳式的《通靈印記》。在這段回憶寫作的過程中，她一次又一次感恩這崎嶇的人世旅途中，上天總為她開啟出一道又一道的指示出口，令她從而學習到豐富多樣的心靈智慧和不平凡的人世體驗……實在不枉此生！

 

表面上「尋找宗教」活像佔了她的人世旅程某些重要部分，但其實在她的內心深處清楚明白，世上任何宗教或哲理，亦只能對偉大的「靈界架構」作有限的印證和權宜辨知！因為這個充滿宇宙大愛能量的「巨大意識」當中，
