《包公案》是中國明朝末年的公案小說。與《施公案》《鹿洲公案》並稱「三公奇案」。《包公案》全名增像包龍圖判百家公案，為中國古代公案小說，全書共十卷，由明朝安遇時等所作。以宋朝清官包拯為主角，敘述了百餘個包公斷案的故事。
該小說塑造了清正廉明的包拯形像。該小說對後來的《三俠五義》有重要影響。胡適在《三俠五義·序》說包公「是一個箭垛式的人物」，民間的傳說將各種各樣的斷案故事都射到他身上，元代有關漢卿的《包待制三勘蝴蝶夢》、《包待制智斬魯齋郎》，無名氏的《包待制陳州糶米》，鄭廷玉有雜劇《包待制智勘後庭花》，。胡適說《宋史》只記包拯「割牛舌」一案圖[1]。
明代成化年間有公案小說《新刊京本通俗演義增像百家公案全傳》，最早的《包公案》版本是明萬曆二十二年（1594年）朱仁齋與耕堂刊本，前附有《國史本傳》、《包待制出身源流》。清代嘉慶年間的《萬花樓》也是類似《百家公案》。
《包公案》一書被認為是世界上最早的推理小說[2]。
