本書從浙江紹興安村展開，以國家、市場和社會的視角去分析安村社會秩序的變遷過程，揭示不同力量的運作機制。在新型城鎮化背景下，安村從典型的傳統中國村落演變為區域性經濟開發區，既是國家力量治理的結果，也是市場機制運作的結果。而在國家力量與市場機制推進的這個轉變過程中，安村傳統的社會力量在很大程度上只有防衛，鄉村秩序從而呈現一種不平衡的狀態。
張秀梅，浙江省社會科學院公共政策研究所助理研究員，上海大學社會學院博士研究生。主要從事農村社會學、發展社會學與公共政策研究。承擔國家哲學社會科學基金青年項目「新型城鎮化背景下村落秩序研究」；浙江省社科規划重點項目「現代化主要標志及省際比較研究」。
