１９８３年１２月１０日生まれ。横浜出身。講談社主催の漫画シナリオ大賞で最優秀賞を受賞。２０１５年頃から電子書籍を中心に、ＴＬ小説～ガールズ官能小説を精力的に執筆している。他にもコミック原作はもちろん、ハウツー本やアプリのライターとしても活動中。
