About this eBook
本計畫的主要研究「無線寬頻政策」、「網路建設現況」、「寬頻技術發展趨勢」、「協助業者加速網路建設方法」、「寬頻網路服務品質提升做法」、「多邊自由貿易協議對電信事業開放要求」等項目。透過研析歐、美、日等主要國家之無線寬頻政策及其網路建設現況及發展策略，提供我國相關政策研擬參考依據。在行動寬頻技術應用發展趨勢方面，則以掌握國際組織或機構如3GPP、GSMA、Small Cell forum等對載波聚合(CA)、Small Cell 等行動通信技術發展趨勢及相關標準資料，提供我國相關技術研發及產業發展參考。同時，本研究亦針對M2M發展模式及具體案例進行研究，並探討我國之發展課題。在自由貿易協議對電信業開放要求分析方面，研究團隊具體分析TiSA、RCEP、TPP等對我國電信業開放之要求並提出建議。最後，根據前述各章分析結果並彙整產、官、學意見，提出我國寬頻網路建設發展建議，以及中長期策略指標。
