馬英九時代開啟了兩岸大交流時代，也許未來一年會再重現。不只北柯南韓，國民黨在九合一大選一舉奪獲15個縣市，多個縣市已開始對中國城市眉目傳情。藍色縣市準備組團赴中交流，中國國台辦已迫不及待表達樂見其成。15縣市高舉九二共識，地方包圍中央，將對蔡政府形成很大壓力。
柯文哲說，「九二共識」與「兩岸一家親」都已標籤化，他想創造一個新名詞，但目前還沒想到。名詞其實不是重點，重點是若想角逐總統大位，得想出一個台灣內部、中國與美國都接受的兩岸政策論述。
因為中美衝突白熱化，華府目前顯然較挺綠色執政，擔心未來台灣主政者過度傾中不利美國戰略布局。2019年初，柯文哲、朱立倫、吳敦義都計畫赴美訪問，顯然是要接受美方「考試」，博取信任。
要選台灣總統，戰場不只在台灣島內，台灣海峽、北京與華府都是戰場。
