際 此科學發達，一日千里，人們追逐於物慾橫流之中，盡情享樂，致使社會人心不古，世風日下，物質文明遠超越於精神文明之上，心靈修養日趨墮落沉淪，誠為人類 之大不幸。我巍巍中華民族，數千年文化道德均以倫理綱常為生生不息之基礎和根本，我們在接受西風東漸之餘，當不可捨棄了我們自己固有的優良傳統和悠久文 化。 國父嘗說：〔精神重於物質〕，又説：〔精神力量十居其九，物質力量僅居其一〕，如何藉物質文明來改善人們生活，應用於和平用途，增進人類福祉，從而 復興中華文化，重振道德，提昇人們行為標準，肯定心靈精神之重要，促使大家修心養性，這些都應該是當前社會亟待解決的主要課題了。
