朱自清(1898.11.22~1948.8.12)，揚州人，現代散文家、詩人、學者，以官話白話文的散文和新詩著稱，1925年所寫的一篇回憶性散文《背影》，以其平實樸素的語言和字裡行間滲透的父子深情，一直為誦讀者品談稱道，也因《背影》而家喻戶曉，成為朱自清散文中流傳最廣、影響最大、感人魅力最強的名篇。
