內容簡介 網路購物銷售金額連年創下新高，傳統批發零售業者備感壓力；近年層出不窮的食安問題，屢屢重創消費者信心，連帶影響相關業者業績表現；行動裝置普及率與便利性持續上升，多元新興支付技術更令零售業者面臨抉擇。技術議題、市場結構乃至於消費者觀點都左右著業者的各項決策制定，自然可能影響其資通訊投資的方向與動態。本報告為MIC持續針對台灣中大型流通業者資訊科技投資與應用進行調查與研究，以協助掌握市場需求與趨勢。報告調查期間為2014年至2015年間，針對台灣流通業者的資訊科技應用與投資進行調查，以供關注此議題之相關單位、廠商或專家參考。 從此次的調查發現可以歸納為幾個要點：（1） 展望2015-2016年資訊科技投資呈現小幅成長態勢。（2） ERP仍為資訊投資重心，巨量資料應用投資趨勢向上發展明顯。（3） 個資法相關議題仍然受到業者高度關注，並持續影響其資通訊投資方向。（4） 核心系統諸如ERP或CRM系統走向雲端環境值得期待。 綜合來看，此次調查結果顯示台灣流通業未來數年的資通訊投資是穩定成長且令人期待，尤其是核心系統雲端化、巨量資料應用成熟、物聯網實際應用持續推出，都會驅使流通業者加大其資訊科技投資規模。
