About this ebook
多属性决策（又称有限方案多目标决策）是现代决策科学的重要分支，其理论与方法在经济、管理、工程和军事等诸多邻域都有着广泛的应用。多属性决策根据决策目的的不同一般通过三种方式提供决策支持[1]：一是选择（ Choice ），从可选方案中选择表现最好的方案或方案集，典型应用场景有项目招标、供应商选择等；二是优先层次归类（ Sorting ），将方案分配至提前定义的具有优先等级的若干类别中，典型应用场景有城市安全评估、客户优先级归类等；三是排序 （ Ranking ），将方案按照从优到劣进行全排序，典型应用场景有绩效评估、排名分析等。这三类问题的一些特点可以总结为表1.1，其中，排序问题受关注程度最高，归类与选择问题没有得到足够的重视，这种现象在国内学术界尤为明显。
