About this ebook
「活道」创世记课程首次于2006 年4 月出版。经过十多年后，我们根据使用者的教学经验和回馈，对这册课程作了较大程度的修订。由于创世记的内容相当丰富，本册课程的十二个课次只能涵盖这卷书的内容梗概，以及帮助学员掌握全书的脉络和主题信息。
希伯来文圣经把创世记、出埃及记、利未记、民数记和申命记五卷书合称「妥拉」，「妥拉」这个字词传统上译为「律法」，但它的含意远比「律法」广阔，更贴切的译法是「训诲」或「教诲」。创世记是「妥拉」的第一卷，虽然它的体裁大部分属叙述文体，但其中却充满了关乎神的属性、人类和以色列历史的训诲。
本册课程把十二课分成两个部分，第一至三课处理创世记的头十一章，之后有一个小结，第四至十二课处理第十一章末段至五十章的内容，其后另有一个小结。
