馮與藍，本名馮迎春，上海作協會員，國家二級心理咨詢師。曾在《京華時報》、《青年時報》等報刊媒體開設專欄。 2009年獲第十七屆黑蘭小說獎。近幾年開始創作兒童文學，兒童小說《一條杠也是杠》獲首屆「周莊杯」全國兒童文學短片小說大賽特等獎、第二十五屆陳伯吹兒童文學獎優秀作品。已出版兒童小說《跑啊跑的程千里》、《不讓一個南瓜掉隊》等作品。
