About the author
王前鋒，中國安徽廬江人，祖籍山西太原。中學教師，閒暇玩夢，愛朋鍾友，喜水親山。曾在《詩刊》《詞刊》《星星》《散文》《散文百家》《演講與口才》《讀者（原創版）》《青年作家》《萌芽》《深圳青年》《故事會》《上海故事》等數百家報刊發表過大量詩歌、小說、散文、故事、報告文學以及教育教學論文，其作品獲過四十多個獎項並入選《讀者》《中學生閱讀》《詩歌一百家賞析》《中外文學作品選萃》《哲理詩選》《人民文學出版社詩歌年選》《名家寫景散文》《中國散文鑒賞文庫》《中國當代散文欣賞》《中國當代抒情詩賞析》《中國最佳小小說》《新浪從書》等多家選本，詩歌〈課堂裡的樹〉入選中國西部高中語文教材，並在臺灣《皇冠》出版公司主辦的全球華人長篇小說大獎賽中發表過長篇小說《輪回》（發表時改名為《禁忌的愛》），所有作品字數約一百二十萬字。 同時亦是安徽省音樂家（詞作家）協會會員，巢湖市作家協會常務理事， 2006年被《故事世界》雜誌評為最受讀者歡迎的故事家百傑。
